Music Program

Here you can find information about the different music classes and performance groups at Central, stay up to date on current happenings with our program, and even watch videos of our previous performances.

Music for all ages!

The Central Music Program starts at the elementary level, and then continues through middle school, junior high, and high school. Once students are in 5th grade they have the opportunity to participate in Band and/or Chorus, and will have the opportunity to continue to grow and develop those musical skills through their senior year of high school.

5th Grade Band

This is where band starts. Students will be invited to an instrument trial event where they can explore the different instruments and choose which instrument they would like to play. The rest of the year is spent learning the very basics of playing instruments. Most of the year is spent playing in groups of similar instruments.
